Salbador Rodriguez has been immersed in the construction industry since the age of 18, mastering the art of masonry with over 20 years of hands-on experience. As the owner of PASS Contractors, he has developed an exceptional reputation for delivering top-quality brick, stone, and concrete work.
At PASS Contractors, Salbador has worked on hundreds of homes across Houston, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Growing up in a small, family-owned construction business, Mirella began helping out at just 13 years old, gaining first-hand experience in the industry from a young age. Her passion for construction only grew, leading her to work with multiple subcontractors and general contractors across Houston after graduating.
Now, Mirella plays a key role in coordinating projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. She is dedicated to continuing her education in the construction industry while helping her brother expand and elevate the company.
